There is ‘feminisation’ of Indian agriculture sector, with increasing number of women in multiple roles as cultivators, entrepreneurs, and labourers. Women farmers in rural area play crucial role in food production, food security and preserving bio diversity in India. The increasing presence of women as Agripreneurs in both local and informal markets has led to significant agriculture and economic growth in India. In general, though there is an economic impact due to Pandemic on the entrepreneurship, women continue to market the value-added agricultural products, keerai and food crops.
